We invite you to join us for one of the most meaningful services we share together as a church family — the Lord’s Supper.
This is a sacred time to pause from the busyness of life, remember Christ’s sacrifice, and come to the table with humble and grateful hearts. Whether you’ve been part of our church for years or are joining us for the first time, you are welcome here.
What to Expect
We’ll begin the morning with Sabbath School, a time of Bible study and fellowship open to all. Following that, we’ll transition into the Lord’s Supper service together as a congregation.
As part of our communion service, we practice the Ordinance of Humility — foot washing — following the example of Jesus set for His disciples in John 13. Men and women can participate in separate rooms (there is a separate room for married couples also) , and this is entirely voluntary. It’s a quiet, reverent moment to humble yourself before God and one another before coming to the table.
The communion elements — bread and unfermented grape juice — represent the body and blood of Christ. We receive them together as a church family, in the sanctuary, in rememberance of Him.
What to Bring
If this is your first communion service with us, welcome — we’re so glad you’re here. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Communion at our church is open to anyone who has committed their life to Christ and desires to remember His sacrifice. If you have questions before or after the service, please don’t hesitiate to ask one our elders or the pastor. We’d love to walk through it with you.
For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes. - 1 Corinthians 11:26
